Juice Fast: Day 18

More snow, sleet and cold in NYC today -- so it's a perfect day for the Winter Solstice from Juice Press. Lots of ginger and turmeric to warm me up inside.

Woke up hungry this morning for the 1st time since I started the fast. Still strong on my lifts today, and plenty of energy for training, though. And for shoveling:)

Juice Fast: Winter Solstice

Training:

Strength Training:
Primal Move Warm Up
Kettlebell Swing: 10 L/10 R x 5 with 28 kg bell.
Deadlift: 2 x 5 with 235 lbs
Kettlebell Bench press: 2 x 5 with 24 kg kettlebells
Ab Work: inversion fun today. Using gravity boots and the pull up bar I get a change up to the way I work the abs and some great back release by hanging at the end. Pikes, 1 x 8 / Crunches, 1 x 8.

Skill Training:
30 min run
30 minutes shadow boxing

Trained a few students, then home to shovel. And shovel again.
