Slept really well last night, as in, I felt extremely well rested this morning. Which was good, as once I got to Five Points there was a ton of clean up to do. With all the snow, rain, and temperature up and downs, the roof is saturated and we had quite a bit of water find it's way through to our space. So that needed cleaning up and the entrance needed to be shoveled, as well. And then I could actually start to train!

Early day today; finished training students at noon. Then I shot up to the Juice Press on Mott Street for tomorrow's juices. Ran in to two Five Points alumni there, James May and Casey Neistat. Did some very brief catching up; James works in fashion/design and has been working like a dog (and doing his own Juice Fast this past January; nice!). Casey is a film director -- my favorite thing he's done is here , but all his stuff is unique and entertaining-- who went off to South Africa and got married. I really enjoy the variety of people/vocations/passions we get at Five Points; I'm not sure you can get the same mix of people anywhere outside of New York.
Still got home with daylight to spare. That could only mean a trip to the park with Forest.
