I've been kicking this blog idea around for awhile, and have been told by friends, peers and co-workers that I should do it. Since I'm currently on a 30 day juice fast -- more on that later -- and I'm supposed to write about the experience, it seems like a good time to finally get this thing up and running. I'll primarily write about my training and my students' training, but will also throw in pretty much whatever I find interesting. It's my blog, right?
